- How do I contact you?
You can contact me by clicking on the 'Contact Us' navigation bar and leave your questions behind at the tagboard or email me at sitifarzanah-@hotmail.com. The difference would be that by email, you'll be alerted once I respond. But by tag, you'll have to come again and wait for us to reply. No, there will not be any blackmailing.
- How do I collect my purchase(s)?
I will be taking down the customer's number(to ensure it isn't a threat) and schedule a time and place no further than Bedok MRT Station(East Side to Bedok stations only). But if the customer's want it further than Bedok, a $1 cost for each station ahead.
- Can I reserve the purchase?
Yes, you can reserve the purchase. But in order to reserve the purchase, I have to take down your number to remind your reservation. If there's no reply to our question within 24 hours, I will cancel the reservation.
- Do you accept trading(s)?
Yes, I do. But I might have to look at your trade if it's worth my instock. Otherwise, sorry, you might have to buy it. Trades doesn't have to be my dress trade with your dress. It can be any items you might have.
- Do you accept refunds?
No, I don't. This doesn't happen everyday, so do ask alot of questions in order to satisfy your purchase.
